We offer flexible human resources procing packages to suit your budget including pay as you go, fixed fees, project support and monthly retainers tailored to your business needs.

Bronze Monthly Retainer

Cost: £200 per month (excl. VAT)

For a monthly fixed fee, Horizon will provide you with:

• an initial familiarisation visit so that we get to know you and the specific issues you face today allowing us to support you from day one

• unlimited access to telephone and email support and advice in relation to absolutely any day to day HR issues whether they be:
– disciplinary and grievances
– performance management and capability
– sickness absence
– trade union relations
– support with negotiating and drafting settlement agreements
– terms and conditions advice including maternity, paternity and redundancy

• straightforward regular email bulletins to keep you updated on any changes to employment legislation and best practice, including how this impacts on you.

Silver Monthly Retainer

Cost: £850 per month (excl. VAT)

For a monthly fixed fee, Horizon will provide you with:

• an initial familiarisation visit so that we get to know you and the specific issues you face today allowing us to support you from day one

• unlimited access to telephone and email support and advice in relation to absolutely any day to day HR issues whether they be:
– disciplinary and grievances
– performance management and capability
– sickness absence
– trade union relations
– support with negotiating and drafting settlement agreements
– terms and conditions advice including maternity, paternity and redundancy
• one full 8 hour day support on site per month
• straightforward regular email bulletins to keep you updated on any changes to employment legislation and best practice, including how this impacts on you.

Gold Monthly Retainer

Cost: £1450 per month (excl. VAT)

For a monthly fixed fee, Horizon will provide all of the above, plus an Annual Labour Strategy workshop on site from which we will produce a Labour Strategy plan for the year. In addition, we will review and update all employment contracts, policies and procedures, and dedicate two 8 hour days per month on site, providing services tailored to your needs. Additional days can be purchased on a pay as you go basis.

Pay As You Go

Cost:

    – £145 per hour (excl. VAT)

    – £350 per 1/2 day (4 hours) on site (excl. VAT)

    – £550 per day (8 hours) on site (excl. VAT)

An affordable hourly pay as you go rate for all hours support is given.

Project Consultancy

Cost: to be agreed for delivery of each project

For an individually agreed project cost, Horizon HR Consultancy is a pay as you go service for one off projects or developments that you may require concentrated assistance with. If you need support on more complex matters or if you want additional on-site assistance, this can be provided on a fixed project fee consultancy basis. This may include:

• Contract of Employment / policy reviews / drafting and updating including agreeing the strategy and support for introducing the change
• HR Strategy and planning
• Introduction of HR systems / on line personnel files / time and attendance
• Right to work audit / BREXIT retention action plan
• National Living Wage audit – ensure you are prepared for any HMRC audit and not guilty of any unconscious breaches
• Complex absence, capability, grievance or disciplinary issues (from investigations to advice for panels at hearings)
• Employment Tribunal Reduction Programme – metrics analysis, lessons learnt creation and evaluation, trend busting action plan
• Support with organisational design, restructures, job evaluations, and changing terms and conditions, from advice on process to hands on support in developing structures and implementing the change
• TUPE transfers, warranties and indemnities, due diligence, collective consultations, change management process
• Individual and collective redundancy strategy, plan, process and implementation
• Trade Union industrial / employee relations including recognition claims, pay negotiations, and consultation processes
• Resource planning and campaigns
• Labour strategy, benchmarking and competitor / market analysis
• Creation of HR Dashboard and on-going trend analytics, particularly absence and performance management
• Continuous Improvement Culture workshops
• Designing and implementing reward and recognition programmes
• Training needs analysis and follow on sessions for senior leadership / middle managers / governing bodies on any HR / people management related issues
• Employee Engagement Booster – employee opinion survey, design, implementation and follow up Engagement Programme.

NOTES:
1. The cost of the Services will be reviewed on a quarterly basis to ensure that we are both getting value for money, and the Services can be ended at any time by either party for whatever reason on 1 months’ notice
2. You can purchase HR Consultancy on top of the any Monthly Retainer package. Of course, we would utilise the time spent on site smartly and we would plan the labour strategy with you to incorporate the design and implementation of any of the HR Consultancy services you are likely to require on the days we are on site, wherever possible and time permits. Otherwise these Services can be purchased on top.
3. We are not VAT registered, therefore all fees are excluding VAT (but VAT will be chargeable when we need to register in the future).
